Description & Details

“Spirit of Koa” recently underwent an extensive interior renovation to modernize the entire vessel! The galley saw a significant transformation, creating a more spacious and efficient counter area. All of the outdated surfaces were replaced with sleek Silestone countertops, complemented by a modern farmhouse sink, updated California faucets and the addition of a dishwasher to further create functionality in the space.

Throughout the vessel, comfort and style has been emphasized with new Restoration Hardware slipcover sofas in the salon and newly upholstered seating in various areas. Hunter Douglas woven wood shades were installed for privacy and ambiance, while a Linen Drape added a touch of elegance to the salon. Practical upgrades included new window treatments, upholstered benches, and safety features like removable chocks and safety rails on the fly bridge aft deck. Technological enhancements included the installation of a Starlink internet system and updated entertainment systems with new TVs. The ceramic finish applied in 2023 ensured durability and easy maintenance, while the addition of a new fireplace in 2024 enhanced the cozy atmosphere onboard. This comprehensive renovation seamlessly blended style, comfort, and functionality, elevating the yacht’s interior to a new level of luxury.

This low-hour vessel has been very well taken care of, all while being moored in freshwater. She is equipped with Garmin Electronics, FLIR night vision camera, a Yacht Controller, a WaterMaker, three helm stations, and a 12 foot 2019 Walker Bay LTE Tender w/ 40HP Outboard.

Potential for transferable slip on south lake union and the boat is in a WA Tax Paid LLC. Call the listing broker today to schedule a tour!
